I'M ON PROJECT FIT

haha. yeah project fit. i wanna get so fit i cant be fitter! hahaha. well basically i wanna lose my tummy and gain packs. haha. set a target. before JC. and i'm trying to lose 59secs out of my 2.4 and get 10mins flat. haha. motivation.

been doing helluva shit of a training. been spending close to an hour of sprints and conditioning drills in the last trainings. and i'm freaking tired. season coming soon and i wanna kick ass

played soccer during recess and i scored a damn nice goal ah. haha. from 25m out? haha. the ball curled in and then out like an S shape. hahah

Mrs Kuah is actually quite a nice teacher.

damn i'm good at basketball. and i cant jump and shoot the handball. hahah

gotta rest over the weekend. cant resist the temptation of playing soccer with my cousins. haha maybe i'll play a wee bit
